Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and exclusivity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Refund Process

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
